Changes

Toaster pastries and other sweets are now less fun than cocaine
Lowered the fun levels of a number of junk food items that were 
previously rivalling cocaine in terms of fun.
- Strawberry toaster pastries: 20 (was 25)
- Blueberry toaster pastries: 15 (was 18)
- Cooked toaster pastry: 20 (was 30!)
- Smores: 20 (was 30!)
- Birthday cake: 15 (was 20)
- Mega-icing cake: 20 (was 30!)
For comparison, cocaine is fun 25, and cigars are fun 15.
This change doesn't promise that these junk foods are balanced, they're 
just less unbalanced than they were before. :)
